The Intellogy Demonstration Sites are a great way to practice with the different modules.  The demonstration sites are located at http://demo.intellogy.net and include full source code for the entire site.

If you are new to using Intellogy and having problems, the first step a support team member will request is that you verify compatibility with your web host provider.  If your web host fails the compatibility test, the most likely cause is that ASP or PHP has not been enabled in your web hosting account.

After searching the online resources, if you still have a question, submit a Support Request and an Intellogy team member will typically respond within one business day.
