The Newsletter Spotlight allows you to post a series of newsletter articles on your website or feature a single story. Automatically archives previous issues or articles for easy recall. An optional RSS XML news feed is available.

• A page where the most recent Newsletter Spotlight is displayed along with a Drop-Down selection box to view previous issues or articles
• A list of Newsletter Spotlights with the clickable titles to view details

Organize your Newsletters

You can create different "Types" of Newsletter Spotlights, each displaying a different kind of story (i.e. monthly newsletter, employee of the month spotlight). In your web pages, you can display all Newsletter Spotlight Types on the same page, or display one Newsletter Spotlight type on one page and another Newsletter Spotlight type on another page. Allows you to reuse the Newsletter Spotlight in multiple areas of your website.

Add Images and Documents

As with all modules, the Newsletter Publisher allows you to upload images and documents to display within the "details" of your Newsletter. Web designers can specify automatic image scaling and placement of user uploaded images. Hyperlinks to uploaded documents are automatically generated.

Publish Newsletter via RSS Feeds

RSS 2.0 feeds are available to publish your Newsletter Spotlight articles to RSS readers. Automatically post stories to RSS at the same time they are published in your website - no duplication of data entry. Consumers can subscribe to your RSS newsletter feeds using their preferred RSS reader.

No Arbitrary Limits

Create unlimited Newsletter Spotlight "Types" to categorize your Newsletter Spotlights, and create unlimited issues within them. Create an unlimited number of users with accounts to manage your newsletters.
